We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment, and a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Please note that once an appointment is booked–unless we hear otherwise–We’ll expect you to be there.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour grace period, you will be responsible for a $75 late charge.
‘No Show' appointments will be charged in full.
We ask all clients to arrive on time to their scheduled appointment and all new clients to complete a client intake form before all treatments. Arriving late means your service time will be shortened. We want you to get the most of your treatment.
We recommend booking your appointments at least 4 weeks in advance, or prior to leaving the spa, to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
*IMPORTANT*
For your convenience, please arrive at the spa at your scheduled time. We are often not able to answer the door as we are giving our undivided attention to another client during their session. Thank you so much and we are looking forward to meeting you soon!

FACIAL & TREATMENT RELATED QUESTIONS

The skin regenerates every 30 days when new cells move up to the epidermis or surface, but as we age dead skin cells do not slough off on their own or as easily so a monthly professional facial removes dead skin buildup while nourishing and protecting your new cells. Given that everyone’s skin is different and requires different things it’s always a good idea to consult with an Esthetician.
The age-old question! Technically yes and no. Here’s the thing, pore size is genetic and that can’t be changed but environmental factors, lifestyle, and diet contribute to how much larger pores might appear. If your pores get easily congested, having a good at-home skincare regime where you exfoliate 1-3 days a week along with regular facials will help clear out the pores. This regime helps remove buildup that causes your pores to enlarge even more.
At Pretty Please we believe in taking care and respecting your skin first and foremost. Though we do thorough extractions, we will not use needles and lancets, and we never force congestion that is not ready to come out. Forcing things out of the skin can make things worse. Skin issues don’t happen overnight so healing the skin takes time as well.
Avoid applying makeup, workouts, saunas for 24 hours after a facial. It’s best to keep your skin as cool as possible and in a rested state after a facial treatment.
Yes! If visiting us for the first time, and you’d like to get a facial before an event, we recommend at least 1 - 2 weeks prior. As everyone's skin responds differently, giving yourself plenty of time before an event is best.
Our facials are pregnancy-safe.
Pregnancy can sometimes bring about skin issues that we may not have had before. An increase in and fluctuating hormones can cause breakouts, redness, and sensitivity and facials are a great way to alleviate these symptoms.
We use Eminence Organic Skincare, a natural, organic line of products from Hungary. We love this line because it offers a multitude of products suited for every skin type and condition and best of all it provides results!
